We had an incredible evening at the office of the Consulate General of Mexico supporting our friend, Betirri, for the opening reception of his exhibit Rumbo a Rusia: arte+futbol de Betirri. This special exhibit features pieces from his collection, Futbol Series, and new works of art that he will be taking to Russia this summer.

It’s exciting to see the impact the culture of futbol has and want to thank everyone that supported this event by attending and especially the media for covering it.
We are working with Betirri on other events leading up to the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 as he prepares to travel to the biggst sporting event in the world to exhibit his art.

I’m excited to serve as the co-host of a new online radio show called Exito Centroamerica. The weekly Spanish show is produced by the Camara de Comercio Centroamericana (CCCA) and will be transmitted on CBBA Radio on Wednesdays at 10am.
It’s an honor to co-host this show alongside Percy Pelaez, President of CCCA, and help elevate the voice of Central Americans in our region. Each week we will talk about important and relevant business issues that affect the Central American community, provide information and resources about business opportunities on both sides of the border, invite successful Central American community leaders to share their stories and highlight positive news in our community.
As a proud Salvadoran I look forward to sharing my knowledge and resources with my community on this incredible platform.

2018 has been such a great year, keeping busy with projects and now adding a new face to Duran Concepts LLC. Meet our intern, Leticia!

One of her first duties on the job was to join me at the Facebook Community Boost hosted at the Julia Ideson Building. We attended various workshops to learn about all of the features Facebook and Instagram have to offer small businesses. Have you heard about Facebook Blueprint? Today the Houston Regals SCA (HRSCA) visited the Univision 45 Houston studios to talk about the upcoming 2018 NPSL Season. HRSCA Director, David Perez, was joined by Texas United staff on an interview with Univision 45 Houston sports anchor, Lester Gretsch.
All HRSCA games will be played at the Regals Soccer Facility located at 716 Mitchell Rd, Houston, TX 77037. Tickets are $5 per person.
Happy World Cup year! We are very excited to start this new year with lots of soccer and big plans on the horizon. Not only will we be celebrating two years of operations on February 3rd but we are starting the year of with a new client! Soccer continues to grow in the USA and it’s exciting for us to be part of the action in one of the fastest growing leagues, the National Premiere Soccer League (NPSL). Our newest client is Houston Regals SCA, the oldest semi-pro team in Houston and a member of the NPSL’s Lone Star Conference. We are excited to work with them this 2018 Season and manage their marketing, sponsorship and event operations.
On February 24th, Houston Regals SCA will be hosting their Final Tryout in preparation for the 2018 NPSL season. We’re looking for local talent to fill the few remaining roster spots and therefore encourage all players 16 years and older to register here.

It’s not every day you get to see a Tweet from former US Men’s National Team (USMNT) member and Houston native , Stuart Holden, develop into a full blown celebrity soccer match.
However, IÂ had the pleasure of working with Stu for many years when he started his professional soccer career at the Houston Dynamo and Kick In for Houston showcases the incredible and caring individual he is. Stu always volunteered for the community events and made sure to stay until everyone had their picture or autograph.
Thanks to the support from fans and community partners, Stu has rounded up some of the biggest names in sports including World Series champ Alex Bregman of the Houston Astros, USMNT member Landon Donovan, USWNT member Mia Hamm, NFL star Chad Ochocinco and NBA great Steve Nash to participate in the action packed fundraiser. This celebrity match co-hosted by Dynamo Charities takes place this Saturday, December 16th at BBVA Compass Stadium and it’s one you don’t want to miss.
There are many ways to support the fundraising efforts:
Net proceeds from the game will benefit the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund. Fans everywhere can tune into the match broadcast on FS1 or Fox Deportes.
Hurricane Harvey took a big toll on the Greater Houston Area dumping 51 inches of rain and causing damages estimated to reach $75 Billion. Many celebrities have stepped up over the last couple of months including local athletes like JJ Watt & professional teams like the Houston Astros but this is a long recovery and help is still needed across the area. Please consider donating your time, talents and/or funds to certified charities doing work in the community.
